Hi, I’m Candice, a mom, storyteller, and spirit-based creative living in a little home just outside Chicago. I’ve always loved exploring different forms of creativity, but I found my heart in writing stories for children. Through White Cloud Kids, I hope to create books that spark connection, curiosity, and meaningful moments between children and the people who love them.

My debut book, My Mom Is a Millennial, is rooted in my experiences growing up in the 90s and brought to life through richly detailed illustrations that invite exploration. At its heart, the story is about connection, a way for me to share pieces of my past with my daughter and create a shared experience through storytelling.
